Shop Policies



Transactions can be made securely online by the following methods:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

  • PayPal

  • Discover

  • Apple Pay

Orders can be canceled and refunded within 1 hour of purchasing. Please email us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. Payments are processed through either Stripe or PayPal. These payment processors are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.  

SHIPPING & delivery

Items in store are mailed from the Republic of Ireland with An Post, typically between 1 - 4 days once payments have cleared. Please ensure you have entered the correct address for shipping. 

Please purchase A3 and A4 size prints/greeting cards separately, as they are mailed using two different methods. A3 prints are rolled in a mailing tube. Orders will be canceled and refunded if both sizes are purchased within the one order.

International shipping is available. Delivery time can vary depending on your location, please allow adequate time:

  • US/Canada/AUS/NZ can take 5-20 working days.

  • Europe can take 3-12 working days.

Please understand that we are not responsible for any postal delays regarding your order. We do our best to mail orders as quickly as possible; and once out of our hands, any delay in its journey is out of our control.

As we are not affiliated with a postal provider, we are unable to process specific delivery requests that are left during checkout.

Items are sent with either standard mail (non-trackable), or registered mail (trackable, signed-for on delivery).

Standard mail items are not insured if they go missing. Please use the registered shipping option if you have previous negative experience with your postal provider. It is advisable to purchase registered shipping with an international order, especially if several items are purchased within the one order.

Regarding registered mail options, please provide an address where there will be a person to sign for its delivery. Registered mail is supplied with a tracking number (within your shipping notification email). The customer is responsible for regularly monitoring the tracking number online using their national postal services tracking feature. 

Attempted delivery – registered mail:
Contact your local Post Office immediately if you receive a notice of attempted delivery. They will hold it for several days before it's returned to us. The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. 

Note: Orders outside the EU may be subject to taxes or customs fees imposed by your home country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.


The customer is entitled to a refund (bar shipping cost) or a replacement if their order is officially lost (after 40 working days), or damaged beyond use during transit by the postal provider. The customer pays for re-shipping cost. Please email us within 14 days of receipt if you experience any problems with your order. 

Refunds are not considered if:

  • The customer has failed to claim their item.

  • An incorrect address was provided by the customer during checkout.

  • The item is still in transit or delayed due to processing, customs or holidays.

  • The customer has failed to contact us within 14 days of receipt, or after 30 days since its shipment.

Promotional items, pre-orders, and custom orders cannot be refunded or replaced. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

environmental commitments

We care a lot about this wonderful planet of ours, and all our prints and greeting cards are printed and packaged with earth-kind materials. Our carbon footprint is minimal as we use a local eco-friendly printer. We also assemble all products in-house, and purchase our supplies from local businesses. All prints and cards are printed on beautiful high quality FSC-certified papers, and packaged in non-plastic biodegradable corn starch sleeves.We are committed to refraining from using single-use plastics in all our packaging, and instead use biodegradable alternatives. Our envelopes and backing boards are also made from 100% recycled materials. To help reduce the amount of packaging used, multiples of art prints will be enclosed within the one sleeve.


There may be a slight difference in colour from what you see on your screen compared to the actual item due to computer screens being back-lit, therefore creating a more luminous image. However, we try our best to match colours from screen to print as much as possible.

Cushion covers are not supplied with fillings. Cushion fills can be purchased affordably from most homeware stores.

Picture frames are not included or available to purchase.

A4 and A3 prints, and cushion covers are carefully packaged in clear sleeves with cardboard backing, and mailed in a flat envelope.
