Faces & Fashion

I’ve been illustrating fashion since a very young age - don’t you know I illustrated my first collection when I was 12 years old? I still have that collection but of course the clothes were never actually made because I don’t particularly like that part of the process! All I wanted to do was draw clothes and people. I am fascinated by both fashion and faces - the details found in fabric and skin are - to my eyes - closely linked and equally exciting to draw. As I move towards other passion projects in my career, my portfolio has been shaped to include more recent pieces that explore my never-ending love of illustrating children’s books and intriguing scenes. However I still love illustrating these subjects, and who knows, maybe I’ll take a trip down this path again in the near future.
