The Little Things

The Little Things

€40.00

‘The Little Things’ is a charming illustration by Rachel Corcoran, created in 2025. This illustration was originally commissioned by The Irish Examiner, for their May 2025 ‘Sustainability’ edition. It looks at how we are already using sustainable practices with our everyday decisions (even if we may not realise it), and how these ‘little things’ result in bigger changes. For example, most of us will have a vintage biscuit tin that’s used as a sewing supplies container! We make seed pots out of newspaper to grow new seedlings. We reuse existing and vintage pots and jars as decorative vases. We can grow our own vegetables. We use wooden dishwashing brushes which is a more sustainable means of hand washing dishes. We can shop second hand, and we can mend our clothes with a needle and thread. Let’s celebrate our love of sustainability and creativity with this whimsical illustration. Printed on high quality FSC-certified cream paper.

Print is A3 size (11.7” x 16.5”), and includes a framing border with the title and artists signature handwritten in pencil. Frame not included. Prints are mailed flat within a recycled envelope.
